1) Prospect for the right Buyer through advertising and my network of the most professional Buyers Agents in the world.
2) Submit your home to the largest Multiple Listing Services in Southern California.
3) Submit copies of your listing to our company sales staff for their waiting buyers.
4) Provide a tour your home with my office and Brokerage community.
5) Develop a custom marketing flyer highlighting the features and benefits of your home, for cooperating Agents to use with their potential buyers.
6) Add additional exposure through a professional sign, riders, Information box and advanced technology, security keysafe for direct Agent access.
7) Hold Agent tours and public open house when desirable and possible.
8) Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make in the Staging of your property to make it even more marketable to the buyer.
9) Advertise when necessary in the LA times, Daily News, target publications and full scale Internet Advertising in Multiple Sites.
10)  Make you aware of all the various methods of financing available to your buyer.
11)  Pre-qualify when possible all prospective Buyers.
12)  Provide on a monthly basis for the cooperating brokers a list of the features and benefits of your home.
13)  Follow-up on all the salespeople that have shown your home for their response.
14)  Qualify cooperating Brokers, as to experience in sales transactions.
15)  Deliver a copy of your multiple listing, website page and other advertisements that have been published.
16)  Represent you upon the presentation of all contracts by the cooperating brokers and help in negotiating the best possible price and terms for you.
17)  Handle follow-up and keep you informed, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title, escrow and other closing procedures.
18)  Professionally council you on Disclosure and Risk management issues as they may relate to marketing and successfully marketing your Property.
19)  Coordinate closing activities to insure the least stressful closing possible.

2 Publish your complete Listing, including photo's in my both my professional and national websites upon listing (while we are sitting together if desired).
3 E-mail a pre-launch Mystery Info-mailer to the top 3000 Agents in Los Angeles.
4 Supply you with immediate answers to arising issues by e-mail in addition to returning phone calls.
5 Supply you with every detail of information you may want to know about your real estate transaction, including Title Insurance, Escrow, Mortgage rates and programs and moving tips and check lists. All for you to utilize on the Internet at your convenience.
